3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• ✕Use the Service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• ✕Submit false or misleading reports about addresses
• ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• ✕Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• ✕Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service beyond API limits
• ✕Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• ✕Use scan results to harass, threaten, or defame others

4. Rate Limits and Access

To ensure fair access for all users, the Service enforces rate limits:

Exceeding rate limits will result in temporary throttling. Persistent abuse may lead to permanent access restrictions. We reserve the right to modify rate limits at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• •The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• •We do not warrant that scan results are accurate, complete, or current. Threat databases may contain errors, and addresses not flagged may still be malicious.
• •In no event shall Crypto404 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of cryptocurrency, loss of profits, or loss of data.
• •Our total liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. User-Submitted Content

When you submit reports or other content to the Service:

• •You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as part of the Service
• •You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge
